Does Max send emails without asking me?

Only the ones you switch on: yearly reminders, lead follow-ups and the “How did we do?” check-in, a few a day, once per person. Anything that goes to a big list, like a win-back or a newsletter, sits in Campaigns until you press Send.

Who does the email come from?

Your own address and your company’s name. Replies land in your inbox. Every email carries your mailing address and an unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribes never hears from him again.

Does he only send good reviews to Google?
