About DispatchMind
DispatchMind is job-management software for service companies. One place to book the job, send the right tech, get paid and see where the money went, from the office or from a phone.
Who it's for
Owners and office teams at service companies: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, appliance repair, moving, towing and more. Shops that have outgrown the whiteboard and the spreadsheet, and don't want a six-month rollout or a two-year contract to fix it.
How we run it
- Independent. DispatchMind is privately owned and self-funded. There are no outside investors pushing price hikes or lock-in.
- Month to month. No contract. Prices are on the website, and the owner can cancel from inside the app.
- Try it first. Every company gets 14 days with everything switched on. No card needed.
- Plain answers. Write to us and a person answers.
Your data stays yours
- What your company puts in DispatchMind belongs to your company. We don't sell it and we don't show ads.
- Each company's jobs, customers and money are walled off from every other company by the database itself.
- Want to leave? Ask for a full copy of your company's data and we send it. The owner can also close the account.

Where it runs
DispatchMind runs in the United States: the app on Cloudflare's network, the database with Supabase in US East, card payments through Stripe. Anyone can check the status page to see whether everything is running.
Not to be confused with
DispatchMind (dispatchmind.ai, no "s") has no connection to DispatchMinds (dispatchminds.com), which makes a car-hauling browser plugin.
