Anyone 18 or older whose audience includes owners or managers of service companies. We look at every application by hand and can say no to any of them.
Your share (25% unless your approval email says otherwise) of what each company you refer pays DispatchMind for its plan and add-ons, before sales tax and after refunds, credits and chargebacks. You earn on every payment the company makes in its first 12 months after its first payment, or longer if your approval email says so.
A new company that starts its free trial within 90 days of clicking your link, on the same browser. If they click another partner’s link after yours, the last link clicked counts. Companies that were already customers or already in a trial, and companies that join through another company’s referral link, don’t count.
Each payment’s share becomes payable 60 days after the company paid it. That covers our 30-day money-back guarantee. Once a month we pay everything that’s payable, once it reaches $50, by PayPal or bank transfer. Smaller amounts roll over to the next month. Partners in the US send a W-9 before the first payout. You handle your own taxes.
Anywhere you recommend DispatchMind, tell people you earn a commission if they sign up. “I get paid if you sign up” or #ad is enough. US law (the FTC) requires it, and so do we.
No spam: no unsolicited bulk emails, texts or calls. No search ads on “DispatchMind” or misspellings of it, and no DispatchMind in your domain names or account names. No discounts, free months or deals we don’t offer (the 14-day free trial is the offer). No claims about DispatchMind that aren’t on our website. No signing up yourself or your own company through your link. Never present yourself as DispatchMind or as speaking for it.
Either side can end the partnership at any time by email. If we end it because a rule above was broken, money that came from breaking it isn’t paid. If we end it for any other reason, we still pay what you’ve already earned on payments made before the end.
We can change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Changes never reduce money you’ve already earned.
You’re an independent partner, not an employee, agent or reseller of DispatchMind LLC. Nothing here lets you sign anything for us. These terms follow Florida law.
