Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms are an agreement between your company and DispatchMind LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which makes and runs DispatchMind, job-management software for service companies (“DispatchMind”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, starting a free trial or using DispatchMind, the company you sign up for (“your company”, “you”) agrees to them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

1. The service

DispatchMind lets your company schedule, dispatch, bill and track jobs, and gives your office staff and technicians one place to work. We may improve, change or retire features over time. Some features are only available on certain plans or as add-ons.

2. Accounts and logins

3. Free trial

A new company gets a free trial of 14 days. No card is needed to start. When the trial ends, everything you entered stays there to look at, but adding and changing is paused until your company picks a plan.

4. Plans, payment and canceling

5. Your company’s data

What your company enters or imports, such as customers, jobs, prices, notes and photos, belongs to your company. You give us permission to store and process it only to run DispatchMind for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You’re responsible for having the right to put it in DispatchMind and for following the laws that apply to it, including the rules for texting and calling your customers. You can ask us for a copy of your company’s data, or for it to be deleted, through the support page or email support@dispatchmind.ai.

6. Fair use

Don’t use DispatchMind to break the law, send spam or unwanted messages, harm or mislead anyone, get into other companies’ data, test or overload our systems, or copy, resell or rebuild DispatchMind. We may pause or close an account that does these things.

7. Other services

Some features connect to services run by others, such as Stripe, Google, Apple, QuickBooks or your phone provider. Using them is also subject to those services’ own terms, and we aren’t responsible for them.

8. Ours

DispatchMind, its software, design and name belong to us. These terms give your company the right to use it while your account is in good standing; they don’t transfer any ownership. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely.

9. No guarantees

We work hard to keep DispatchMind available, correct and secure, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and we don’t guarantee any level of uptime. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose. Your company is responsible for the jobs, prices and messages it sends to its own customers.

10. Limit on liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost jobs or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about DispatchMind is limited to what your company paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Ending

Your company can stop using DispatchMind at any time. We may end or pause an account that breaks these terms or doesn’t pay. After an account ends, we may delete its data after a reasonable period; ask us first if you want a copy.

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. For important changes, we’ll also tell account owners in the app or by email. Continuing to use DispatchMind after a change means accepting it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a disagreement can’t be settled by talking it through, it will be decided in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and both sides agree to those courts.
