Help with DispatchMind
DispatchMind is job-management software for field service companies: jobs, scheduling, technicians, invoices and payments in one place, on the web and on iPhone.
Can’t sign in?
On the sign-in screen, type your email and tap Forgot your password? to get a reset link. Technicians can also ask their office for a temporary password.
No signal?
The app opens with the jobs you last loaded and shows an “Offline” bar. You can make changes again once you’re back online.
Alerts
Office logins can turn alerts on when the app asks. To turn them off, go to iPhone Settings → Notifications → DispatchMind.
Just looking?
Tap Try the live demo on the first screen. Everything in the demo is made up, and nothing is saved.
Delete your company account
The owner of a company that signed up can delete it: open the account menu (your initials, top right), tap Delete company account and type the company name to confirm. This removes the company, its jobs, customers and every login, and stops the subscription. It can’t be undone. If you can’t sign in, write to us below from the owner’s email and we’ll do it for you.
