Forms and checklists, and checklists before the closing

You build the forms and checklists your techs fill in on the job: safety checks, job completion, equipment details, anything you need. A form can be marked as a must before the closing, so the tech can't send the closing until it's done.

Build a form

Open Forms and checklists from the menu. Start from a template (Safety check, Job completion, Equipment details) or press New form. Add items: tick box, yes or no, text, number, pick from a list, or photos. Tick Required on the items that can't be skipped.

Show a form on every job, or only on certain job types.

Make it a must before the closing

Tick The tech must fill this in before sending the closing. On the tech app the form says "fill in before the closing", and if the tech tries to send the closing first, the app tells them which form is missing.

Use it for the steps that settle arguments later: tested and working, customer walked through the work, after photos.

Where the answers go

The answers land on the job the minute the tech sends them, in the job history, with any photos. If a tech fills a form in again, the latest answers show.

Turning a form off

Turn a form off when you stop using it. It's never deleted, so answers already sent keep their name on old jobs.
