How to use it

1. Type your company details once. Add your logo if you have one. The draft stays in this browser for next time.
2. Add the customer, the job address, the invoice number and the dates. Dates go month/day/year.
3. Add a line for each part or piece of labor. Set tax and any discount. The total updates as you go.
4. Press Print or save as PDF. In the print window, pick "Save as PDF" to get a file you can email or text.

Yes. No sign up, no watermark, no limit. It runs in your browser and nothing is sent to us or anyone else.

Is tax worked out before or after the discount?

After. The discount comes off the subtotal first, then tax is added on what is left. Check your local rules, since some places tax parts and labor differently.

Can I save the invoice?

Your draft is kept in this browser until you press Start over. To keep a copy, save it as a PDF from the print window. Clearing your browser data will clear the draft.
