What is DispatchMind?
DispatchMind is job-management software for service companies. It runs the whole job from the first call to the last payment: booking, dispatch, the tech in the field, estimates, invoices, payments and the numbers. Two things set it apart: Nellie, an AI dispatcher who answers the phone and does the office work, and DispatchMind Phone, a business phone system built into the app.
It works in 18 languages and 75 countries, with plans priced in 53 currencies. Every company starts with a 14-day free trial with everything switched on. No card needed.
What DispatchMind does
- Jobs and dispatch. Every job in one list, a dispatch board that shows who is free, and a day, week and month calendar. One click opens the job: customer, address, notes, photos, tags, money and history.
- Nellie, the AI dispatcher. She answers the phone around the clock, books and moves visits, picks the tech, reads the company's email and answers questions about jobs and money in plain English. You can type or talk to her from any page.
- DispatchMind Phone. Business numbers of your own, or move yours in. Calls and texts from inside the app, a dialer that rings up to 5 customers at once, voicemail drops, and call recordings saved on the job.
- The tech app. Each tech gets their own login on iPhone, Android or any browser. They see only their jobs, add notes and photos, get the customer's signature and close out the job from the driveway. It keeps working without signal.
- Estimates, invoices and payments. Build an estimate from your price book in a minute, turn it into an invoice in one tap, take card payments online, and work the collections list oldest first.
- Commissions and subcontractor settlement. Work out what each tech is owed from their jobs, parts and payments, including who collected the money.
- Reports and automations. Revenue and jobs by day, week, month, tech and job type. Color tags show what each job needs next, and reminders run on their own when a job changes or time passes.
- Connections. QuickBooks, Mailchimp, CompanyCam, Slack, Zapier, Google leads, an API with webhooks, and a Claude connector so you can ask about your jobs from Claude.
Who it is for
Owners and office teams at service companies in 80 trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, garage door, appliance repair, roofing, solar, pest control, pool, landscaping, cleaning, towing, moving, delivery and more. It also fits property managers who send work to vendors, and companies that pay subcontractor techs by commission.
What it costs
Plans start at $79 a month (Starter, 2 office logins). Team is $179 (5 logins), Pro is $299 (10) and Business is $499 (20). An extra office login is $29 a month and a tech app login is $15 a month. Yearly billing gives 2 months free. Nellie is an add-on from $149 a month on top of any plan. Month to month, no contract, and the owner can cancel from inside the app. Current prices are always on the pricing section.
How DispatchMind compares
Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Workiz are the names most service companies look at first. Here is where DispatchMind is different.
- The AI dispatcher is part of the product. Nellie answers calls, books visits and does office work inside your jobs. With most other tools, the phone is answered by a person or by a separate answering service.
- The phone is built in. Numbers, calls, texts, a multi-line dialer and voicemail drops live inside DispatchMind. Most other tools send you to a separate phone provider.
- Priced by plan, not per user. Each plan comes with a set number of office logins, and tech logins are a flat $15 a month. There is no contract and no setup fee.
- Built for subcontractor crews too. Commission splits, parts off the top, card fees and weekly settlement are built in, not an add-on.
- 18 languages and 75 countries. The app, the tech app and the website all work in the company's language, with local prices.
- Switching is one CSV file. Jobs, customers and open balances come over from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz or any spreadsheet, and support moves it in for you.

Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The tech app is on the App Store for iPhone and runs in any browser on Android. The office side runs in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone.
Can I bring my jobs from another app?
Yes. Export a CSV from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz or any spreadsheet and import it, or email support and we move it in for you.
