Languages. "Multilingual voices" is listed only under Enterprise, which is custom priced. On Launch and Scale, the page doesn't list other languages. If a good share of your callers speak Spanish, Portuguese, Russian or anything else, that matters.

Minutes. Sameday plans start with a set number of minutes. A busy storm week or a big marketing push uses more. The page doesn't say what extra minutes cost, so ask before you sign. Nellie is $149 a month flat, so you know the AI cost ahead of time.
Running the jobs
Sameday's own site describes it as an AI front office that books jobs and updates your CRM. It lists integrations with ServiceTitan (certified app), Housecall Pro, FieldRoutes, AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Maid Central and Service Fusion. So you keep paying for one of those to hold your jobs, techs and invoices.
Credit where it's due: Sameday goes beyond answering. It runs outbound calling and texting, like reactivation campaigns for customers you haven't seen in 12 months and estimate follow-ups. It has call coaching and insights. Its FAQ says most people can start taking calls in about 30 minutes after the demo.
