DispatchMind Alternatives: 7 Options Compared
The main DispatchMind alternatives are Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, VortechPro, WEX Field Service Management and Workiz. Pick Jobber or Housecall Pro if you want a big name with thousands of reviews. Pick ServiceTitan if you run a large shop with a full office. Jobber
Jobber is the safe pick for a one or two person shop. It has a huge user base, a $49 one-user plan, and a 14-day trial of its Grow plan with no card. If you sign a 1-year commitment or pay yearly, the monthly price drops. Extra users are $29 a month.
Read the terms before you sign: the 1-year commitment keeps billing until the term ends, and annual payments aren't refundable. We go deeper in DispatchMind vs Jobber.
Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro is well known and easy to start with. As of October 2026, Basic is $79 a month billed monthly, Essentials is $189 with 5 users, and Max is $329 with 8 users and $35 for each extra user. Annual billing is cheaper. There's a 14-day trial with no card and no long-term contract. See DispatchMind vs Housecall Pro.
ServiceTitan
ServiceTitan is built for bigger operations: large teams, a full office and managers who live in reports. Its plans are Starter, Essentials and The Works, priced per technician by request. If you're running a large shop and want the platform the big shops use, it's a reasonable choice. For most owner-led shops it's more system than they need. See DispatchMind vs ServiceTitan.
FieldPulse
FieldPulse is strong on inventory. It tracks stock across trucks, warehouses and job sites, lets techs handle transfers from the field and builds purchase orders when parts run low. Its ClearPath feature walks techs through each stage of a job on one screen and is included at no extra cost. It has a 4.6 rating from 502 reviews on Software Advice. Pricing isn't published. See DispatchMind vs FieldPulse.
VortechPro
VortechPro is a dispatch app for small trade teams like locksmiths, plumbers and HVAC. Jobs alert top-tier techs first (Platinum, Gold, Silver), and an alert passes to the next tier after 30 seconds. Managers can limit complex jobs to designated specialists. It has built-in office-to-tech messaging, commission splits per tech and Stripe payments. Directory listings show it from $99 a month flat for 5 techs. It has no public reviews yet. See DispatchMind vs VortechPro.
WEX Field Service Management
This is the old Payzerware, now owned by WEX. It covers proposals, invoicing, dispatch, maintenance agreements, financing and purchase orders, and it connects to WEX payments and fuel card tools. A Ferguson partner page lists it from $439 a month, with a $69 payments-only option. If your fleet already runs on WEX cards, that tie-in is a real reason to look at it. See DispatchMind vs WEX Field Service Management.
Workiz
Workiz is built for field service and its FAQ says the built-in phone system is on all plans. It offers a 7-day free trial with all features. Plan prices are by request. If you're comparing the two directly, read DispatchMind vs Workiz.
When DispatchMind is the better fit
Be honest with yourself on one point first. DispatchMind is new and has few public reviews yet. If a long review history matters most to you, an older product is a fair choice.
If you run the shop yourself and you have 1 to 50 techs, here's where DispatchMind earns its spot:
- Published prices. Starter $79, Team $179, Pro $299, Business $499 a month. Extra office login $29, tech app login $15. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free.
- No lock-in. Month to month, cancel any time. 14-day free trial with everything on and no card. 30-day money-back on the first charge.
- The phone is built in. Business phone and texting, a dialer that rings up to 5 people at once, voicemail drops, call recordings and call masking for techs.
- An AI dispatcher. Nellie answers the phone 24/7, books and moves jobs in your real schedule and speaks 18 languages, from $149 a month. Sam is an AI line your techs call from the job, $149 a month, or $249 for both.
- Subs and commissions. Pro adds commissions and subcontractor settlement, tech access levels, collections and several brands from one account. See how to pay subcontractor technicians.
- Truck stock and required forms. Each part shows main stock and what's on each truck, and parts come off the truck when you approve the closing. A form can be marked "must be filled in before the closing," and the tech app won't send the closing until it is.
- Your money stays yours. Card payments, tips and pay over time (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay) go into your own Stripe account.
Moving over is a $499 one-time data move-in from Workiz, Jobber, Housecall Pro or spreadsheets, free on Business.
