Plans and billing
Every DispatchMind account starts with a 14-day free trial with everything switched on. No card is needed. When you're ready, pick the plan that fits your team. Plans are month to month, or yearly with 2 months free. Prices are in US dollars.
Only the owner can manage the plan. Open your account menu at the top right (your initials) and pick Plan and billing.
The plans
| Plan | Price per month | Office logins | What's added |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $79 | Up to 2 | Jobs, dispatch board, calendar, estimates, invoices, price book, customer pages, color tags, tech app |
| Team | $179 | Up to 5 | Everything in Starter, plus reports and automations and reminders |
| Pro | $299 | Up to 10 | Everything in Team, plus commissions and tech settlement, tech access levels, collections list |
| Business | $499 | Up to 20 | Everything in Pro, plus queues for stuck and unbilled jobs, priority support, free data move-in |
Extra logins
- Extra office login: $29 a month each, for when you need more than your plan includes.
- Tech app login: $15 a month each. Every tech who uses the app needs one.
Monthly or yearly
Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get 2 months free. Choose in Plan and billing.
Pick a plan
- Open your account menu, then Plan and billing.
- Pick monthly or yearly.
- Choose your plan.
- Enter your payment details and confirm.
You can pick a plan any time during the trial. Nothing you set up during the trial is lost.
When the trial ends
If the 14 days run out before you pick a plan, nothing is deleted. Everything stays visible: your jobs, customers, estimates and invoices. You just can't add or change anything until you pick a plan. Pick one and you're back to work right away.
Changing plans
To change plans as your team changes, open Plan and billing. Before you move to a smaller plan, check that it covers the number of office logins you use and the features your team relies on, like reports, commissions or the collections list.
Cancel
There's no contract. Cancel any time from Plan and billing. You keep access until the end of the time you've already paid for.
30-day money-back guarantee
If your company cancels within 30 days of its first paid charge, we refund that first charge in full. No questions asked. Ask from Contact support in the app or email support@dispatchmind.ai. It applies once per company.
2026 price lock
Start a paid plan on or before 12/31/2026 and you keep the prices from the day you started paying (plans, logins and add-ons) for as long as you stay subscribed. If we raise prices later, the increase doesn't apply to you. The lock ends if the subscription is canceled or goes unpaid for more than 60 days in a row.
Refer a company
Know another service company? Open Refer a company in the menu (owner or admin) and send them your link. When a company that signs up with it has paid for 90 days in a row, you both get one month of your own plan free, as a credit on your next bill. If you aren't on a paid plan yet, your month is credited once you are. There's no limit, and the page shows every company that signed up with your link and where it stands.
Which plan fits
- Starter: the owner and one office person who need jobs, dispatch, estimates, invoices and a tech app.
- Team: most service companies. Adds reports and automations so follow-up runs itself.
- Pro: companies running a crew of techs. Adds commissions and tech settlement, tech access levels and the collections list.
- Business: bigger companies with a large team. Adds queues for stuck and unbilled jobs, priority support and free data move-in.

Who can see billing? Only the owner.
Where do I send billing questions? support@dispatchmind.ai. See Status and support.
